Please be prepared to provide payment in full for any fees incurred during your visit that day, we are pleased to accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit or Cash. We will be happy to provide you with a completed standard dental claim form you may send to your insurance provider. We also offer dental financing options, please see below if you are a candidate.
