At Capital Dental Clinic we offer:
Family Dentistry, including Preventative Oral Hygiene, Bonded Restorations (Fillings), Sealants, Dentures, Extractions, Endodontic treatment (Root Canals), Mouth Guards, TMJ therapy, Orthodontics.
Cosmetic Dentistry, including Professional Teeth Whitening, Veneers, White Bonded Restorations, Crown & Bridge, CEREC Crowns (Same day Crown), Inlays & Onlays.
Implant Dentistry, including Single Tooth Replacement, Multiple Tooth Replacement, and the All-on-4® treatment concept. In some cases, we work with Oral Surgeons to provide these advanced procedures to our clients.

I have been going to Dr. Leo Cain's office since I was a very young girl and my experience has always been great. Leo and his staff are professional, personable, calm my nerves if needles are involved and have always made me feel welcomed. It's always great chatting and catching up with Brenda (reception) too. I am a new resident in the city of Fredericton and recently had to embark on the daunting task of searching for a dentist. Fortunately, a friend recommended Dr. Leo Cain’s office. The office staff are very professional and supportive, and I was able to see Dr. Spencer Burns who is an amazing dentist. He is a superb listener and very thorough in his approach, taking great care in responding to your needs. He explains what he is going to do and why. You leave his office well informed and pain-free!! Thank you to all of the staff at Capital Dental Clinic for providing excellent service.

Great and friendly staff. Always gives a details on what they have to do. Dr Cain makes you feel at ease when doing a procedure. Have been a patient of Dr Cain for 27 years. I cannot say enough good things about the Capital Dental Clinic, especially Leo Cain, Spencer Burns, and his staff. They are truly lovely people, flexible and thoughtful with scheduling appointments around school, calm and considerate when dealing with dental issues, and always cheery. As a result I never have had to force my kids to go to the dentist. Having first gone to Leo when I had a crack in my front tooth, I have been nothing but impressed. He has performed gum surgery on me twice, pulled my childrens' teeth when problems arose, and kept their mouths in great health. I trust him to do the right thing.

Wonderful service n the staff is very friendly.
I enjoyed every visit to the clinic n love chatting with receptionists at the front and staff who take care of you.
They all are very informative and the staff walks you through what process they are planning to do with you before and during your visit
All in all i recommend Dr Cain and Dr Burns office if u plan to stop in for a checkup

My 3 children and I each needed check ups and dental work. I researched reviews online and found Capital Dental Clinic had the best reviews by far.
I was astounded that they were able to get all 4 of us in the next day for the check ups and the following day for work.
They are exceptionally professional and friendly. They make you feel like they've known you for years.
I never give 5 stars unless it's legitimately deserved. I'd give 20 in this case if it were possible.
Need dental work done? Look no further! You won't be disappointed!

Such a wonderful practice they established for themselves. The receptionist are very friendly and extremely helpful. They definitely try to work with you, to find the best times.
The hygienist I’ve dealt with so far are all very delightful and make you feel comfortable. Plus they constantly check in with you to ensure you are doing okay.
I have had Dr. Burns as my dentist and he is so good at what he does. He explains everything thoroughly and is very easy to understand. He also listens very well to issues that you have and does his best to correct them. I couldn’t recommend this office enough, everyone there has be so great!

Hard to believe how refreshing it is to be able to chew on the other side of my mouth without pain! It was a bit of a drawn out procedure(just the nature of the beast), but they were very patient with me and, as always, explained each step of the process as we came to it. Can't recommend these folks enough!

Great place to go everyone was super nice! Dr. Burns was awesome and made sure my wife and i were comfortable during our exams and made sure to explain everything to us after. Bev and Anne were also really great! With so many dentists in the area and never having gone to any here in Fredericton we are very happy to have chosen capital dental!

Great place. I'm a VeRy nervous person about dental stuff (not Capital Dental's fault - it's just a weird personal thing) but they are so nice and welcoming and understanding.. I've always been as calm as I *can* be when I'm there haha
As a side note, I had a tooth come in backwards as a kid and Dr. Burns noticed it looked a little crooked and he just fixed it for me in 5 minutes and it literally CHANGED my smile during my first appointment.

Great dental office and staff. I left Fredericton five years ago but still return to Capital Dental Clinic twice a year for all my dental work. Dr. Leo Cain is excellent as are his dental technicians. I highly recommend Capital dental Clinic for excellent dental care.

Been with capital dental ever since I moved to NB in 2016, staff are always very friendly and helpful. They've done a lot of different work on me from root canals, fillings, chips, helping come up with a new partial for my missing teeth and much more! I drive up from Saint John for my appointments cause I wouldn’t trust any other dentists in the area more. Always accommodating, kind and trustworthy.

Dr. Lillie Coolen is the best doctor ever i got. I had some fillings and she did an amazing job. I am afraid of injections but I'm surprised how she managed me and I didn't feel anything. My hygienist Angela was also really professional and friendly. They both are the best.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cain for many years and have had the wonderful care. Now that he is semi-retired (good for you, Leo) I had the good fortune of being seen by Dr. El-Khoury for an exam when Dr. Cain was away, and today, for a filling. I love her upbeat energy and how she treats you as a patient- with care, ease, and lets you know what she is doing and why along the way. She was efficient and gave some great options for another tooth situation. I felt at ease with both her and Chris, the dental assistant. The staff were warm and welcoming.

I've been seeing Dr. El-Khoury for my dental needs since I moved to Fredericton a few years ago and I am so pleased after every visit. I most recently had some cosmetic bonding on a couple of upper teeth and she did a really fantastic job. Everyone at the clinic is so kind and welcoming, too, from the receptionists to the hygienists.
